Case Description
The work enters public discourse as a piece of war propaganda centered around a heroic figure, the Kharkiv Killer. The hero is a 17-year-old sniper who "has already taken down 3 BTR-82As and 2 BTR-80s, immobilizing an entire column as they attempted to enter Kharkiv."
